Aircraft and instruction rates are hourly, and aircraft rental includes fuel (wet).

BLOCK RATES

A $2.00 per hour discount is extended to customers who maintain a credit balance on their account, a $500 minimum deposit is required to open your account and additional deposits must be $500 or more. Additionally, setting up and maintaning a $1,500 block on your account entitles you to a 5% discount off the cost of the aircraft rental. The rates do not apply to instruction rates.
